The pilot project of implementing 24x7 surveillance which was implemented in Uttarakhand Corbett Tiger Reserve will now be launched in Tadoba – Andhari Tiger Reserve. The project helped bring down poaching in the Uttarakhand area.

High definition cameras will be installed on towers in the park which will capture images of objects weighing more that 20 Kg and generate alerts if they move out of the boundary. The alert is received by the control room of the park and National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA) office in Delhi. Cameras will bring down intrusion in the area.
