Energy drinks and powder not healthy

After carbonated drinks it is energy drinks which are proved not to be healthy by Health experts. The tall claims made by the company and advertisements are not true. They do more harm than good. These drinks cause harmful side effects in the long run. The artificial elements used in these drinks cannot replace the natural contents.

They contain more of sugar and are not good for health. These drinks are also addictive in nature for kids. Health experts advice everyone to consume juices made at home as they are very healthy and nutritious. To consume egg, milk and milk products, soya milk etc for protein. The energy drinks sold in the market has 2-3 times more caffeine than cola. The high sugar level in these drinks leads to high blood sugar level and stomach upset. These drinks are meant for sports person under expert guidance.

Consuming too much protein leads to accumulation of uric acid in the body. Some herbal products are good and not that harmful but it is always better to consume fruits and vegetables in its natural form.
