I went for shopping to my nearest Reliance Fresh Outlet at Jayanti Mansion, manish nagar, somalwada, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India on 25th February 2010 and got a very bad experience of home delivery. I was carrying my one and a half year old daughter with me. I went to shop at around 7 o' clock in the evening. I did my shopping while my daughter played at the store. After gathering all the food stuffs i needed for home i went for billing. After billing was done i wanted someone to deliver my food bags home. They told me that there was no one present at the store to do home delivery.
