Nitin Gadkari won Nagpur Division’s Graduate Constituency election for the 5th consecutive time. He defeated his nearest rival Dr. Babanrao Taywade by 23,925 votes. BJP’s Gadkari got 52,761 votes while Congress’s Dr. Taywade got 28836 votes.
Nitin Gadkari has been ruling these elections since 1989, when he had won it for the first time. This time his policy for these elections concentrated on the youth. It should be remembered that few days ago he had organised a presentation in Yashwant Stadium focussing on MIHAN; its opportunities and benefits. And a lot of crowd had gathered for the same.
So BJP won over Congress in Nagpur and showed its prominence yet again

Good News for Nagpur
This is good for Nagpur.
Gadkari has been doing some good work for the benefit of Nagpur - BJP's policies are far more better than Congress.
Also, Gadkari has been concentrating heavily on power problem - hopefully with BJP's win at the center (in coming elections) - he will be able to tackle it.
