Institute Day at IMT Nagpur

“Creativity should be the new B School mantra” was the message given by Mr. Palety, CEO CFORE and an eminent columnist for business daily, Mint. Mr Palety was the guest of honour for the Institute Day function celebrated by Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur (IMT-N). It is an annual event that takes place on 26th July every year to felicitate the meritorious students who excel in the field of academics. The function commenced with lamp lighting ceremony and Saraswati vandana. Mr. Palety stressed on the need to reform the business schools in India with the help of proper governance and advanced technology along with knowledgeable and experienced faculty.

The chief guest for the occasion was Mr. Deveshwar, MD ACE Refractive Index. He said, “Today the industry needs not only managers but leaders who can steer the wheel of business in the direction of success.” He also advised the students to focus on quality through commitment.

The Director of IMT-N, Dr. Anwar Ali addressed the students about the importance of annual day and holding the flag of institute high. This was followed by felicitations of student managers for academic excellence, by awarding them scholarships.

On this important occasion, the students of IMT-N organized a blood donation camp in collaboration with Jeevan Jyoti Blood Bank at the campus which was a great success.
