Nagpur, Nov 4 (PTI) Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel today said the impasse between Congress and NCP over formation of government in Maharashtra will end on a positive note by tomorrow.
"The talks between Congress and NCP are in final stages and the impasse will end on a positive note by tomorrow. The swearing-in ceremony may take place within the next 48 hours," Patel, who was here for launching Deccan 360 logistic hub, told reporters.
The senior NCP leader said there were some issues which are being sorted out.
"Chief Minister Designate and Deputy Chief Minister designate are already in the office as caretaker. There is nothing unusual in the delay," he said recalling similar delay in government formation in the state after assembly polls in 1999 and 2004.
