Although a prominent position will be given to most ads, VinayRas Infotech accepts no responsibility for directing traffic to your website. We shall not be held liable for any damages incurred as a result of the ad, nor shall we be held liable if the contents of your ad are in breach of any copyright or other infringement. If VinayRas Infotech is paid to design the ad for you, every effort will be made to ensure no copyrighted materials are used without the written (including email) consent of the owner. VinayRas Infotech reserves the right to terminate your ad at any time for any reason, however a refund will be given for the remaining days of any month(s) paid in advance. If an advertiser requests to terminate an ad, VinayRas Infotech is not obligated to do so immediately, nor will it refund any monies paid. Terminated ads will be removed within 14 days. All ads supplied by advertisers are subject to approval by the web master. Inappropriate or offensive content will not be permitted. The rates described above are subject to change and will increase periodically, according to site traffic. It is better to advertise early!
We are very unlikely to consider any kind of popups or automatically opened websites as this form of advertising is extremely annoying to visitors.
