Objective:
Seeking a position to utilize my skills and abilities in prominent company that offers personal and creative growth while being resourceful and flexible.

Education and qualification:
1. LL.M. 4th Sem. (Business law-II) Appeared from S.P. College of law, Chandrapur.
2. LL.B. (5years degree course) with 62% from Yeshwant Mahavidyalaya, Wardha (4th merit) from Nagpur University in 2006.

4. S.S.C. with 64.93% from Janta High School, Deoli in March 1998.

Work Experience:
Practiced as an Advocate at Wardha District and Sessions Court, handling civil, criminal, trust, property, labour, industrial, real estate and company matters for two years.

Dissertation:
Dispute Settlement Mechanism at International Trade Relations, with special reference to a critical appraisal on Dispute Settlement Mechanism at W.T.O.

Major Findings:
1. WTO has successfully replaced the GATT agreement and working efficiently to harmonize the trade relations at International level.
2. The Dispute Settlement Mechanism under WTO provides at initial levels for settlement of disputes through consultations, mediation and negotiation this prevents the relations between trading partners from getting worse.
3. The Dispute Settlement Mechanism under WTO also provides for arbitration, if the parties at dispute agree to submit their dispute to arbitration tribunal. This saves the time and also allows the parties to arrive at amicable settlement.
4. The Dispute Settlement Understanding which governs the Dispute Settlement Mechanism under WTO provides for fixed time period for settlement of disputes brought before its forum which was not available under GATT, its predecessor.
5. The Dispute Settlement Understanding of WTO has a unique feature of retaliation which means suspension of privileges or concessions against the loosing member by aggrieved country for implementation of its decisions.
6. The Dispute Settlement Understanding of WTO is a good platform for developing and under developed countries. These countries are assured of getting equal representation to that of developed countries.

Conclusion:
1. The Dispute Settlement Understanding of WTO does not aim at only passing judgments but on solving disputes.
2. The Dispute Settlement Understanding of WTO does not possess the police force to execute its decisions so process of retaliation is proving to be a good measure for implementation of its decisions.
3. Process of retaliation, though appears to be effective, does not provide effective relief if the aggrieved member is an underdeveloped country because the underdeveloped countries can mostly not afford to suspend the concessions against the developed countries as they depend on the developed nations for many other respects.
4. Though the Dispute Settlement Understanding of WTO promises the settlement within fixed time period but few cases in which interests of many countries are involved has taken as long as eight to ten years for being settled.

Suggestions:
1. Though the WTO pretends to be custodian of interests of developing countries, the dispute settlement process is so highly expensive that these countries mostly do not submit their trade disputes before Dispute Settlement Mechanism under WTO, so some sort of special relieves need to be granted in favour of the developing countries to encourage them for approaching the WTO.
2. The disputes need to be solved with the motive of maintaining the cordial international trade relations so; too much legalistic approach should be avoided.
3. The strict view should be taken in cases where the interests of too many countries are involved to avoid the delay which may be caused by procedural complexities.
4. The Dispute Settlement Understanding of WTO needs to be modified as far as the provisions of retaliation are concerned to make them really effective even against the developed countries.

Personal skills:
Comprehensive problem solving ability, hardworking, team facilitator, willingness to learn.

Hobbies:
Playing cricket, listening music, traveling in leisure time.
