They will revert back, talk to you and solve the problem. Companies concentrate a lot on after sales service because that is the only way they can find out how much their customers are satisfied with their product or service. Companies launch new product and ask for feedback. This lets them know how successful their new product is. Maruti is successful in the Indian market due to good customer service. Every company innovates and want more and more satisfied customers. Nokia called back its phone batteries which was defective to satisfy its customers and create loyal customers. Companies might have to compromise on their profit margin but everyone wants satisfied customers.

You can register a complaint or tell them the drawbacks in the product or service they are providing so that they can improve. A company which does not provide good customer service cannot sustain in this highly competitive market and will lose its customers to its competitors.
