JCI Nagpur Lady Legend in association with Adolescent Guidance center (Maitri Clinic Bhandara) organized program on Adolescent Reproductive and Sexual Health. The program was organised at Sharda Lawn, Near General Hospital, Bhandara. JC Heera Waghmare, President 2012 and past zone officer JC Pratibha Kadu ji were the pillars behind the program. JC Ashwini Sharma, Zone Director Growth and Development, Zone 9 was also present at the event. The program was organized on 13th march 2012 from 10 AM till 5 PM.

Speakers for the event were eminent doctors of Bhandara General Hospital, Social activist and Soft Skills Trainer namely – Vrunda Raut, Sushama Krupal, Madhuri Kanzode, Dr.A.D.Male, Rashmi Priya, Heera Waghmare, Dr Chacharkar Nodal, Dr Ramteke, Nitin Badole & Dr Bhotkar .
It was a program to guide NGO’s, social activists, Child development officer, Teachers, Hostel wardens, Supervisors, Evolution and mentoring officer, Juvenile court , Remand home officers towards guiding Adolescents towards a healthy living and high thinking Behavior. A lot of adolescents fall prey to sexually transmitted diseases, get pregnant, get AIDS and do not know how to handle emotional and mental changes happening in their body. This program was to guide the above people to teach the teenagers and make them better citizens of India.
