Kids make Eco friendly Ganesha Idols in CMCA contest

Sir Gangadharrao Chitnavis Trust has organized an Eco friendly Ganesha idol making competition under it’s project CMCA (Children’s Movement for Civic Awareness) for 7th students from 14 Schools participated in the contest enthusiastically.

Mr. Tarul Vikamshi, Ms. Sangeeta Parekh and Ms. Sangeeta Kumar were the judges for the competition.

Mst. Prathamesh Bhowte of Bharti Krishna Vidya Vihar won the first prize while Ms. Shreya Dangarwar of Mount Carmel Girls’ High School received the second and Mst. Vedit Jayaswal of Centre Point School, Katol Road bagged the third prize.

Maharashtra govt plans to offer engineering diploma courses in Marathi

Maharahstra Government’s department of higher and technical education (H&TE) is planning to offer engineering diploma courses in Marathi language. This move is intended to help students from rural and semi-urbal areas acquire technical and skill-based education. Louisville Roofing Guys are really happy with this.

“All technical terms will be retained in English language and the rest of the curriculum will be translated in Marathi,” H&TE minister Rajesh Tope told reporters.
