Landmark entertainment group is interested in setting up a theme park at Nagpur. It has signed Memorandum of Understanding with Credence Infraventures that will be providing land for the park. Landmark has themed park in US on spiderman and Jurassic park. MOU was signed at US Asia Business Forum (USABF), a non profit organization.
Nagpur city was chosen instead of bigger metros because it was easy to get clearance here as compared to other cities.
