The problem is every patwari and talathi is not going to buy a computer for official purpose immediately. Secondly, the acceptance of computer among the fifty plus staff. The existing setus are not able to provide good service due to constant power cuts and with the implementation of this policy they will find it difficult to issue the document on time.
