The vehicle owner needs to install a chip in their vehicle so that when they pass a toll station the installed machines detects the vehicle and the amount gets deducted from their respective bank accounts and gets deposited in the account of the concerned operator. A camera will be installed for recording the passage of vehicle. It is a great move as one to collection of toll fee causes a lot of chaos near the toll plaza. With the implementation of this new system the vehicle owners will be relieved and there will be no wastage of time in the traffic jam.
Once the system is implemented all vehicle owners will have to compulsorily install the chip in their vehicle. It is an innovative move but yes the feasibility needs to be checked and the cost of installing the chip etc. The company which will be hired for installation of chip, manufacturing of chip, replacement of chip and other measures needs to be planned.
