Fifth Maha Lok Adalat will be held across the whole state on 3rd March 2013 by District Legal Services Authority (DLSA). In Nagpur city, the event will be held in all types of courts i.e. district court, all taluka courts, family courts, industrial courts, labour courts, cooperative courts, and all tribunals.

Kishore Jaiswal, Secretary of DLSA is confident that Maha Lok Adalat will help clear off lots of pending cases as did in last four years. All types of civil cases, land acquisition matters, criminals cases , matrimonial disputes, motor accident claim petitions, cheque dishonor cases under sec 138 of negotiable instruments act, cases under motor vehicles, etc. will be handled in the Lok Adalat.
Kishore Jaiswal has taken great initiative to create awareness about Maha Lok Adalat among the citizens by putting its poster at court premises, all police stations, bar rooms, Collectorate, Zilla Parishad and premises of financial institutions.
