Godrej Properties has just announced that it will be develop Nagpur’s tallest residential building. Godrej Properties is building residential apartments and villas at Anandam World City in Ganeshpeth over an estimated area of 2 million square feet. Anandam World city is coming at the location where once Model Mill stood.
The Project has been named as Godrej Anandam. It was world class amenities such as the fully equipped clubhouse, mini basketball court, cricket pitch, swimming pool, amphitheater and a separate fun area for kids.

This is the 12th city that Godrej Properties has entered,” said Pirojsha Godrej, executive director of Godrej Properties.
Godrej Properties is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
