The high court has issued notice for demolition of newly constructed complex of Dr Punjabrao Deshmukh Agriculture university within next 30 days.
The bench directed the local civil authority, Nagpur Municipal Corporation and the agriculture university authority to pull down the newly constructed structure as it was illegal.

The university constructed the complex in the no development zone. The court directed NMC and Nagpur Improvement Trust ( NIT ) to ensure greenery was maintained in the state. The conduct of Dr Punjabrao Deshmukh Agriculture university was termed as feeble by the court.
