HSBC-Bird Race 2012 is arranged on 5th of February 2012 at Nagpur. The event is organized jointly by HSBC Bank, Vidarbha Nature and Human Science (VNHS) Centre, Nagpur Birds and CAC-All Rounder.
The interested persons can participate by contacting organizers telephonically. Free Entry. Participants to bear to & fro costs of their journey and of their bird watching expeditions.
Number of participants is 200. Team of 4 members with one team leader will be formed.

These teams will go for bird watching at designated area in and around Nagpur city. Participants are required to fill in two log books, one for HSBC and the other one can be retained by the participants. The log books will be made available at the office of Shri Amol Khante (Organiser) at Dharampeth, Nagpur on 4th Feb ’12.
The concluding ceremony will be held at Jerryl Lawns, West High Court Road, Surendra Nagar, Nagpur on 5th of Feb ’12 at about 05.00 p.m. The ceremony will consist of a lecture by the Chief Guest, felicitation of selected participants/teams based on number of bird species sighted, bird-of-the-day sighted, surprise felicitations etc., distribution of prizes.
This will be followed by dinner. All participants are cordially invited.
