The Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research Bill 2011 was adopted by Parliament in February this year. It will primarily focus on research and imparting training, inter-disciplinary and trans-disciplinary areas not covered by Indian Universities.

The Academy will cover proposed courses on Avionics, System Biology, Ocean Engineering, Ergonomics, flight vehicle engineering, Mechatronics, Advanced Petroleum Science and Technology and Green Chemistry and lots more.
