Subscribers of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited facing connectivity problems

Bharat Sanchar Bigam Limited consumers are facing connectivity problems. Dead landline and broad band problem. Subscribers complain again and again, some issues are resolved within few days and others takes months to resolve. What is the problem ? BSNL is investing a good sum of money on improving the connectivity then why the end users are suffering. It is the misuse of money at the concerned department who is bestowed with the work. To save small amounts of money they do not use proper equipments for connecting two wires.

Subscribers complain again and again, some issues are resolved within few days and others takes months to resolve. What is the problem ? BSNL is investing a good sum of money on improving the connectivity then why the end users are suffering. It is the misuse of money at the concerned department who is bestowed with the work. To save small amounts of money they do not use proper equipments for connecting two wires. The result the end user suffers, complains and when they are fed up of complaining they switch to other service providers.

I stay at Manish nagar, Somalwada, Nagpur, Maharashtra. The broad band is pathetic. Websites do not open and the internet connects and disconnects. I complained on 198. Every time BSNL people come rectify something and close the complaint in their system and my problem remains the same. My husband talked to all officials but to no veil. We got BSNL internet connection from Narendra Nagar exchange. No one is ready to listen to any problem there. My husband has also found out that there is some error in wire connection as the right equipments have not been used and the wires have just been manually connected. Everyone knows this from top officials to line men. Line men cannot rectify the problem until and until they get right equipment and work order. BSNL is charging from its consumers so why it is not installing a proper system in place to look into all these problems, which takes big shape and then cause problems to end users or consumers.

Every one is facing problems due to wrong work done by the end person who is authorised to do the work. Until and unless everything is rectified nothing is going to work. Just temporary work is not going to solve the problem. BSNL officials have to do good work so that every customer problem is rectified. If the officials do not solve the problem they will lose more consumers and hence cannot penetrate the highly competitive market.

It has been made easy to get an internet or land line connection just by means of SMS by BSNL. All new efforts by the company will be useless until and unless the old problems are rectified.
