- Full payment for the period booked must be made against a pro forma invoice which will be sent to the client by e-mail. Conventional (i.e. printed) pro forma invoice will NOT be sent UNLESS specifically asked by the client. Full payment must be effected BEFORE the display of advertisement starts.
SUPPLY OF MATERIAL
- Simple banners and panels will be designed by us free of cost.
- More complicated displays will either have to be sent to us electronically or paid for separately at the rate of Rs. 1,250 per day for the number of days required to prepare the banner from conceptualisation to approval by the client.

Terms and Conditions of Advertising
Advertisers will pay a monthly fee in advance to VinayRas Infotech via cheque or direct debit. Although a prominent position will be given to most ads, VinayRas Infotech accepts no responsibility for directing traffic to your website. We shall not be held liable for any damages incurred as a result of the ad, nor shall we be held liable if the contents of your ad are in breach of any copyright or other infringement. If VinayRas Infotech is paid to design the ad for you, every effort will be made to ensure no copyrighted materials are used without the written (including email) consent of the owner. VinayRas Infotech reserves the right to terminate your ad at any time for any reason, however a refund will be given for the remaining days of any month(s) paid in advance. If an advertiser requests to terminate an ad, VinayRas Infotech is not obligated to do so immediately, nor will it refund any monies paid. Terminated ads will be removed within 14 days. All ads supplied by advertisers are subject to approval by the web master. Inappropriate or offensive content will not be permitted. The rates described above are subject to change and will increase periodically, according to site traffic. It is better to advertise early!
We are very unlikely to consider any kind of popups or automatically opened websites as this form of advertising is extremely annoying to visitors. We will not allow ads that interfere with the visitor’s mouse or screen by moving across the screen or with it when scrolled. Advertisers who are linked with GAIN or any other invasive selling or spy software will not be allowed to advertise on this website.

Modifications and Interruption to Service
VinayRas Infotech/www.nagpurpulse.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue our Advertising Services with or without notice to the Member. VinayRas Infotech shall not be liable to Member or any third party should VinayRas Infotech exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Advertising Service. Member acknowledges and accepts that VinayRas Infotech does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
