Nagpur Municipal Corporation is organizing Nagpur Mahotsav from 23rd January to 28th January 2013 at Yashwant Stadium. The main attraction of the festival will be Anandan Sivamani, Bhojpuri actor Manoj Tiwari and Sufi singer Kailash Kher. Arrangements are being made to accommodate an audience strength of 25,000 at the stadium. The timing of all programs is 6 PM to 10 PM except on Republic Day when the program will begin from 6:30 PM and conclude at 12:00 AM midnight.

Around 100 artists from the city will get get a chance to showcase their talent in the Mahotsav along with India’s Got Talent Painter, Vilas Nayak.
On Republic Day Kavi Sammelan named Vande Mataram is being organized to pay tribute to renowned poets and will also feature poem recitation on Patriotism.
Inaugural of the Mahotsav will be done at 5:30 PM on 23rd January by MP and AICC General Secretary Vilas Muttemwar and BJP National President Nitin Gadkari.
