The fire department has given 3 days to the hospital authorities to reply or fire department will initiate action under the Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2006, which empowers the CFO (chief fire officer) to disconnect water and electric connections.

It is really a sad state when the hospital authorities just gain safety certificates and fail to comply with it risking the life of patients.
