Central Board of Secondary Education has warned schools not to get themselves accredited by private parties and they will issue details of agencies from which the schools can seek accreditation certificate.

Central Board of Secondary Education has warned schools not to get themselves accredited by private parties and they will issue details of agencies from which the schools can seek accreditation certificate.

CBSE will introduce the ‘SQAA’ (School Quality Assessment and Accreditation) scheme on a pilot basis. For now, it will be a voluntary scheme and only interested schools need to apply. The scheme will check all aspects of a school functioning – quality of education, school infrastructure, Working Employees, School management and administration, leadership and other satisfactory services.
