Many people practice their own ways. Few do it by donating money to the poor and needy and many do it by helping others at times when they need their help. Helping someone crossing the road or giving a lift or helping someone solve a problem without expecting any returns are small acts of kindness. Few people make it a point to practice it. They make it a point to do at least one kind act everyday so that they live a fulfilling life.

Today’s world has got so selfish that that they are busy with their own life and they don’t have time to think about others. These people live in stress, depression and later become diseased due to constant mental tension.

You can show kindness not only to others but among your own family members. Kids can help their parents in shopping while they are busy with their work. You can console someone by lending your shoulders when that person wants to express his feelings.

There are various ways of showing kindness there are no hard and fast rules. A person used to distribute food vouchers for free standing on the road so that he could help someone with at least one meal and a movie ticket. Every one has got his or her own way of showing kindness. Its all upon us how we practice it and how we give to the world around us without expecting anything in return.
