Nagpur lawyers condemn Delhi blasts

Recent blast in New Delhi High Court have shaken the Nagpur lawyers who are even more concerned about security. The members of District Bar Association (DBA) resorted to peaceful agitation by refusing to work and sent back all their clients from Nagpur District court and Nagpur Session Court on Friday.

“We are demanding CCTV cameras, metal detectors and permanent police posts since many years but have not received any response. Police staffers deployed there are simply sitting with sticks. They don’t have arms for protection if someone attacks us,” said Sudeep Jaiswal – President of DBA
